It’s Personal…
Early in my career, I discovered that working in a STEM-driven corporate environment as a female came with challenges beyond my daily assignments. While I excelled in my engineering role, I often struggled to communicate with older generations who were less open to change and different perspectives. The disconnect wasn’t just about me—it was about how our generations viewed the workplace, progress, and communication differently. We didn’t truly understand each other, which led to barriers that made it difficult to collaborate and connect authentically

When I first started working, the study of generations was not a “thing,” but I had an epiphany when I discovered that generational understanding could make a huge impact on my career, and realized that if understanding various generations could help on a personal level, then it surely could help businesses grow, too! I knew I was onto something BIG.
After years of research studies, data compiling, behavioral analysis, and continuing education, it has become my personal mission to not only teach, but guide individuals, corporations, schools and businesses to the tremendous impact that generations can bring to the workplace and stakeholders.
My research and guidance has helped businesses realize that richer relationships evolved as organizations became more generational savvy and vulnerable to understanding the power that each generation brings to the table.
